Tami Greene is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in mental health. For the past 15 years she has worked as a Senior Psychotherapist in a busy Primary Care Psychological Service in the NHS where she worked with individuals and couples facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. Alongside her direct clinical work she has extensive experience supervising and managing other therapists, ensuring the highest standard of care for both clients and clinicians.

Tami trained at the prestigious Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London, where she completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in 2007. She specialises in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which she tailors to meet each client's unique needs. Tami prides herself on being approachable, genuine, and flexible, meeting clients wherever they are in their journey. Whether someone is seeking short-term strategies or deeper self-exploration, Tami strives to create a compassionate non-judgemental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, leading to meaningful change

In addition to individual CBT, Tami has a particular interest in working with couples. She is trained in Couple Therapy for Depression, a structured intervention designed to support couples where depression and relationship difficulties are closely linked. When one or both partners are struggling with depression, it can place strain on the relationship, just as relationship difficulties can contribute to depression. This approach helps couples navigate challenges while addressing the emotional impact on their connection and well-being
