An executive coach with over 25 years’ experience in leadership, people management, and organisational development. My career includes senior roles up to and including HR Director, where I sat on the executive management team as the lead people sponsor.
Throughout my career, I have supported leaders operating in complex, high-pressure environments- helping them think clearly, lead with confidence, and make effective decisions in the face of competing demands.
My professional background spans education, professional services, not-for-profit, and, most recently, arts and entertainment. Across these sectors, I have been responsible for designing and delivering people strategies, including employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion, talent acquisition, leadership development programmes, and coaching initiatives at the executive level.
Like many of my clients, I have navigated career uncertainty, imposter syndrome, and near burnout. These experiences deeply inform my coaching practice and enable me to bring empathy, balance, and perspective to my work. I have a genuine curiosity about people and a strong commitment to supporting people through challenging and defining moments in their professional and personal lives.
Today I work with individuals and teams across Arts and Entertainment, Pharma, Not-for-Profit, FMCG, and Technology, supporting them to navigate complexity, strengthen their effectiveness, and deliver sustainable organisational impact.
